I. I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.1. the Initiators, no later than 30 days after the announcement of the competition (unless otherwise specified in the announcement), submit information about the candidates in accordance with the Annex to these Regulations.

1.2. Candidate cannot be a person who:

• do not have a higher education;

• do not have at least three years of experience in the relevant field;

• performed the functions and were part of the Executive body or were pests of the legal entity at the time of termination of licenses to carry out the specified activity for violations of license requirements and conditions committed by these persons, if less than three years have passed since such termination;

• have an outstanding criminal record for crimes in the economic sphere or for crimes against the order of management;

• performed functions or were part of the Executive body of a legal entity at the time when such a person was declared bankrupt and two years have not elapsed since the recognition;

• being related or related to another member of the Supervisory Board or the head of the Company's Executive body.
